Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility
We offer a 3-day return policy on most products purchased from our website or physical store, provided that the items are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products, such as opened or used beauty items, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

3. Return Process

Once approved, you will be instructed on how to return the product. Return shipping costs may be covered by the customer unless the return is due to a fault of ours.

4. Refunds
After receiving the returned product and inspecting its condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us to arrange for a return and replacement of the item.
